As promised, Energizer today rolled out the Inductive Charger. The plate uses the Qi standard to charge the BlackBerry Curve 8900 and the iPhone 3G/3GS without wires. Both smartphones need a special add-on, either a battery door for the Curve or a full case for the iPhone, but never need to switch back; the iPhone case appears to block the Dock Connector, however.

A 42-inch diagonal, an aluminum frame … The new TV Philips seems a priori a nice TV, but fairly conventional. Main argument of the manufacturer, who unveiled the Econova at the IFA 2010 in Berlin, taking into account environmental issues in its design.

Back in June, things got pretty exciting in the eReader market. There were price drops happening all over the place, especially as some major players in the market started showing off new hardware at cheaper price points.
